I have always loved fabric. Its colour, texture, pattern and versatility. I have worked with it in one way or another since I was a student, throughout both my working life and my spare time, always experimenting with shape, colour and composition.

Now, I’m proud to say it’s my full time job! I enjoy working on furnishing and re-upholstery projects, and regularly have simple repair and alteration jobs on the go.

I have difficulty seeing fabric and furniture go to waste, and always want to find sustainable ways to give them a new lease of life. That's why Seams Random by Caroline was created, to give pre-loved and still loved items and fabrics another chance to be enjoyed again.
